People online are having fun with a computer-generated image of a suspect in a burglary case that many say has a striking resemblance to out Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

Kent Police in the U.K. posted the image to its social media accounts on Monday, saying that it’s a picture of “a man they would like to identify in connection with a burglary in Tunbridge Wells.”

The man is suspected of entering a home on April 11 at around 5 p.m. when the 90-year-old homeowner heard him. The man claimed that he was a police officer when confronted and left without stealing anything.

Kent Police say that he is white, in his 30s, 5 feet 5 inches tall, of an average build, has short dark hair, is in his 30s, and has a missing front tooth. While Buttigieg is white with short dark hair, that’s about where the similarities stop. He has all his front teeth, is 42, and is a bit taller.

Kent Police also said that the suspect was wearing a dirty t-shirt, which Buttigieg would never wear in public.

Still, that didn’t stop people from joking about how much the picture looked like Secretary Pete.

Even Fox News reported about the resemblance.

This reporter, though, believes the image looks more like out actor Elliot Page, and at least one person on X agreed.
