Moms for Liberty

The extremist group has joined a lawsuit led by the states of Alaska, Kansas, Utah, and Wyoming against the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. The suit refers to “transgender ideology” as a “left-wing fad” that has nothing to do with Title IX.

Liechtenstein's parliament passed a same-sex marriage bill this week, making it the 22nd European country to do so. Wedged between Austria and Switzerland, Liechtenstein is Europe’s fourth-smallest country.

Swiss pop star Nemo was voted the winner of this year's Eurovision in Malmo, Sweden, performing their song "The Code." The athletic and nonbinary 24-year-old spun on a vertiginous turntable, clad in tights and a cheerleader’s skirt topped with a feathery confection in pink and red.

“This story is my truth,” Nemo sang, as the audience joined in unison for the track’s catchy hook: “Whoa-ooh-oh-oh!”

A bill allowing cis people to sue trans bathroom users

Gov. Reeves signed a law allowing cisgender people to sue transgender individuals for using the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity. The law requires trans people at all state public education institutions to use facilities aligned with their sex assigned at birth.

A statue of influential anti-LGBTQ+ evangelical Christian Rev. Billy Graham replaced Aycock's. Aycock sought to permanently subjugate Black people. Graham considered homosexuality to be a “sinister form of perversion” and AIDS as a punishment from God for being gay.

Missouri secretary of state

"In America, you can be anything you want. So don’t be weak and gay. Stay f**king hard," Gomez said in a video that went viral. She has been using that phrase - weak and gay - for months now. 

She then said that the Biden administration is "weak and gay" and that there are too many "pu**ies" in U.S. politics as she makes a bid for Donald Trump's endorsement before her primary.
