Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to announce her running mate today. Two Christian Nationalist evangelicals are now saying that Kamala is “demonic” and will pick out gay Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg as her running mate in order to stoke national divisions over “racism and perversion.”
Pastor Lance Wallnau made the comment while speaking to Mario Murillo on a recent web broadcast. Both men are supporters of former President Donald Trump. Murillo said that Trump is running against a Democratic machine made up of globalists, billionaires, and entertainment media figures who are “conspiring together to stay in power.”

He then said Harris was chosen as a candidate by these conspirators because she is “devoid of anything that could possibly get in the way of their agenda,” which is a sign that “demonic power is at work.”

Wallnau then agreed and said that God personally told him that Harris is a 2.0 version of failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, except “with an augmented heat-seeking missile capacity” to “stir up strife and civil war” with her ability to cast herself as a woman against a male majority and as “a Black minority against a white majority.”
Wallnau then focused on Buttigieg, accusing him of being an unsuccessful former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and an ineffective transportation secretary. Wallnau then referenced an old conspiracy theory of his that Democrats are using Satanic witchcraft to fog Christians’ brains into accepting media narratives about the necessity of “LGBTQ, diversity, and Black Lives Matter.”
Wallnau then made an allusion to J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy novel The Fellowship of the Ring, saying, “Frodo [the book’s heroic protagonist] was hit with the Witchblade [an evil, poisonous weapon] at Weathertop [a mesa], and the two sides of the blade in this case are going to be racism and sexual perversion—boom!—to pierce the heart of the vulnerable American who doesn’t want to fight those battles.”
Wallnau has previously claimed that he had a dream he had about riding in an elevator with Harris that showed him that she’s a sex-obsessed demon.
“My biggest concern all along was this dream that I had. I was in an elevator with her, and I was in an elevator going up, and I knew there was a Jezebel spirit,” he said. “This was before she ran for the primaries for president, so I knew all along that she was going to be the one that the devil is going to try to use to take Trump out.”
“We’re going to fight in the spirit, and we’re going to mobilize in other ways in order to do what has to be done to keep the devil from his impatient, lusting, grasping, premature seizure of power. I’m telling you, Kamala is Hillary 2.0. It’s the Jezebel spirit 2.0, and she has no real conscience.”
Jezebel, the wicked queen and wife to the Biblical King Ahab, is condemned in the Christian scriptures for murder, iniquity, and sexual promiscuity.
Wallnau also once claimed that a group of sex workers prayed over a cake and used it to turn a bar owner from gay to straight.
Murillo has also said that Pride Month is a “curse” designed to “groom & sexualize” children. Murillo rose to the national spotlight in 2021 when he called Sesame Street‘s Big Bird “demonic” for promoting vaccines. Murillo has also spoken out against trans people and pushed the repeatedly debunked right-wing conspiracy theory that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Trump by Democrats.
